The location was super, just a pleasant stroll away from a medieval bricked square. The rooms were exceptionally good and beautiful, had hypo-allergenic pillows. The bathroom was nice, included hairdryers, a bidet, and bath sheets.

It was a great hotel in a touristic area, very close to the center of Siena, Siena due to flight delays and strikes, and the Siena Cathedral and piazza del campo. The hotel's location was absolutely fabulous, very close to the main square and the Duomo. There were plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. The room was big and had a working microwave oven, coffee maker, and fridge.
